As the community grew and improved so did the Backyard Wrestling Link. Check out "The Link" from what it looked like in 2000. Many more sections of the site were added to, including an extensive column and review section. Lots of people began contributing to the website at this time, assisting in the sites growth.
Fast forward to 2001 and the Backyard Wrestling Link boasted listings for 800 feds and a growing community of 700 message board members. According to a screenshotted visitor counter, the Backyard Wrestling Link received over half a million visitors as of January 2001.

Overhaul was an old school BYWL community member who was known for making the first installments of the Backyard Wrestling Link music videos and his fed, TTWF.
